Ten Libyan Diplomats Depart for Specialized Training in India
Ten officials of the Libyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي - دولة ليبيا will be participating in 2-week long Specialized Training Programme in International Diplomacy at Sushma Swaraj Institute of Foreign Service, New Delhi from 08 June 2026. Ambassador Dr. Hifzur Rahman held orientation briefing to the young Libyan diplomats at India in Libya, Embassy of India, Tripoli before their departure to India. This is the 3rd group of 10 Libyan diplomsts travdling to India in past 18 months.
