Libyan Officials Undergo ITEC Training in India
India's Capacity Building Assistance to State of Libya in progress. Four (4) officers from Libyan Ministry of Communication and Informatics are currently pursuing a 2-week training programme on "Quantum Computing and Infornation Science" at C-DAC, Mohali under ITEC programme of Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.
