Libyan Health Officials Depart for ITEC Training on Digital Health in India
Under Govt of India's capacity building assistance to Govt of Libya, 3 Libyan officials from Ministry of Health are traveling to India today. They will be attending 2-week long specialised training programme on Digital Health Innovations at Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC), Mohali under Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation - ITEC from 06-19 May 2026. Ambassador Dr. Hifzur Rahman briefed the Libyan officials before their departure to India.
