Libyan Diplomat Participates in Global South Young Diplomats Forum in India
Under Govt. of India's commitment to South South Cooperation, one Libyan Diplomat Mr. Mohamed O Younus is currently part of 2-week training in the 4th Global South Young Diplomat Forum at Sushma Swaraj Institute of Foreign Service, New Delhi. Ambassador of India Dr. Hifzur Rahman held a briefing meeting in his office at India in Libya, Embassy of India, Tripoli before his departure to India.
