Indian delegation led by Joint Secretary (WANA) called on Minister of Foreign Affairs & Intl Cooperation, Govt of National Unity of Libya H.E. Taher El Baour in Tripoli. Foreign Minister appreciated intensification of bilateral partnership and suggested way forward including in healthcare, education, human resource development and digital public infrastructure. He stressed the need to reactivate the instutional mechanism between India and Libya.
