India-Libya Capacity Building Expands Through ITEC Disaster Risk Management Training
India's support to Libya in capacity building expands to new areas of partnership under Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation - ITEC. Two Libyan officials are participating in a 2-week special training programme on 'Comprehensive Disaster Risk Management' at the National Institute of Disaster Management NIDMMHAINDIA, New Delhi from 2-14 August 2026. Ambassador of India to Libya Dr. Hifzur Rahman briefed the two Libyan officials before their departure to India.
