Charge d’Affaires Dr. Mohd Aleem Briefs 27 Libyan Officials for ITEC Training in India
Charge d’Affaires Dr. Mohd Aleem gave pre-departure breifing to 27 officials from Libyan Foreign Office selected to study English language in English and Foreign Language University, Hyderabad, departing to India tomorrow. They will participate in a four-week educational course under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme, an initiative sponsored by the Government of India.
During the briefing, Dr. Aleem highlighted the significance of the ITEC Programme in strengthening bilateral ties and fostering capacity-building through knowledge exchange. He also provided an overview of the course objectives and shared guidance on cultural and logistical aspects of their upcoming visit.
The ITEC Programme reflects India’s commitment to South-South cooperation and has been instrumental in providing training and development opportunities to professionals from partner countries.
