Ambassador Visits Institute of Diplomatic Studies to Strengthen Capacity Building
Ambassador Dr. Hifzur Rahman, accompanied by First Secretary Dr. Aleem visited the Institute of Diplomatic Studies, Tripoli and had a fruitful meeting with Mr. Khaled A. Bukhres, Director of the Institute. A team of 10 officers from Libyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation will be traveling to New Delhi soon for a Special Diplomatic Training Programme at Sushma Swaraj Institute of Foreign Service.
