Ambassador Dr. Hifzur Rahman received in the Resident Representative of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to Libya Dr. Sophie Kemkhadze and her deputy Mohammed Salih in India in Libya, Embassy of India, Tripoli on 07.07.2026. They discussed the prospects of enhancing cooperation particularly in the capacity building domain in Libya.
