Ambassador Meets Libya's Minister of State for Women Affairs
Ambassador Dr. Hifzur Rahman and First Secretary Mohd Aleem met the Libyan Minister of State for Women Affairs Mrs. Randa Ghareeb on 11.05.2026 and discussed avenues of strengthening bilateral cooperation between India and Libya, particularly in capacity building and women empowerment sectors. Her Excellency the MoS herself availed of professional training in India in 2013 as an Scout.
