21 Libyan Law Enforcement Officers Depart for ITEC Training in India
Govt of India's capacity building assistance to State of Libya in crucial sectors. A group of 21 Libyan Law Enforcement officers has traveled to India for 2-week training at Rashtriya Raksha (National Defence) University, Gandhinagar under Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation - ITEC programme from 27 April to 08 May 2026. Ambassador Dr. Hifzur Rahman briefed the officers at India in Libya, Embassy of India, Tripoli before their depaeture to India.
