11 Libyan Officials Join ITEC IT Training Programme in India
Capacity Building Cooperation with State of Libya on Rise. A team of 11 Libyan officials, (6) from Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation and (5) from Ministry of Justice are currently undergoing a 2-week specialised IT training under Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation - ITEC at Centre for Development & Advanced Computing - CDAC, Noida from 06-19 May 2026. Ambassador Dr. Hifzur Rahman interacted with the Libyan offials at India in Libya, Embassy of India, Tripoli.
